Member for Newham, North-West on 4 August 1978 why he has not visited any areas with large immigrant populations; why he has decided not to visit the London borough of Newham; and whether he will reconsider this decision.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesAs I explained to my hon. Friend in my letter of 4 August 1978, I have made many visits to multiracial areas. I have not been invited to visit Newham recently but I shall keep this possibility in mind.
