§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his policy regarding the letting of the chamber of the Royal high school, Edinburgh, to private organisations, such as the Labour Vote No Campaign, before 1st March 1979.
Mr. MilianContractors will be at work in the building and I do not propose to let the chamber of the Royal high school to any private organisation.
