§ Mr. Gristasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether, in view of the imminent closure of the East Moors Steelworks in Cardiff by the British Steel Corporation and the resultant massive unemployment in the inner city area, he is prepared to designate Cardiff under the terms of the Inner Urban Areas Bill and specify central Cardiff as a special area.
