asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what plans he has to alter the law whereby the Parliamentary Boundary Commission may recommend interim changes of parliamentary boundaries between its general reviews of such boundaries.

None, Sir. The four Parliamentary Boundary Commissions already have power to recommend changes of constituency boundaries between their general reviews.
