§ Mr. HoramThe lack of staff in local taxation offices did not permit an annual vehicle census in 1977 for those records not transferred to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre at Swansea. Now that all records have been transferred a census is about to be conducted and the results will be published in the near future.
