§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for Trade if, in his discussions on future air travel agreements, he will take steps to remedy the disparity between the cost of an advance booking charter fare to Los Angeles of £159 and an advance purchase excursion fare to Australia and New Zealand of betwen £450 and £630.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisI would refer the hon. Member to the Answer that I gave to the Question from the hon. Member for Uxbridge (Mr. Shersby) on 19th June. The distances to Australia and New Zealand are, of course, much greater.
