§ Mr. JohnWe have received a number of letters making representations on these subjects. Correspondents have been told that, leaving aside the special problem of child pornography, my right hon. Friend has no plans for legislation on pornography in advance of the report of the Williams Committee, or to put the issue of capital punishment before Parliament again at the present time.
