§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will give the titles, or subject matter, of the four documents which he is not willing to release to the Public Record Office referred to in his Written Answer to the hon. Member for Hastings on 24th July 1978.
§ Dr. OwenOne paper contains details of people who may still be living in the Soviet Union. The other three documents deal with matters of security which it is not our practice to reveal.
