asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when publication of Sir Allan Marre's report concerning the outstanding thalidomide Y list cases is expected.

I am glad to report that Sir Alan has now completed his report on the Y list inquiry and that it will be published later this week. A copy will then be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
