Mr. Knox

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what proportion of persons convicted of driving offences in each of the past five years was resident outside the United Kingdom;

(2) what proportion of persons convicted of shoplifting offences in each of the past five years was resident outside the United Kingdom;

(3) what proportion of persons convicted of violent crimes in each of the past five years was resident outside the United Kingdom.
