§ Mr. CryerNine advance factories—including nursery units—totalling 25,000 sq ft have been built since 1974. 17,500 sq ft of this space has been let with expectation of 200 jobs within three years. No factories are currently under construction but land at Elland has recently been acquired and the plans for the building of six factories—including 849W four nursery units—already announced will now go ahead.
