§ Mr. Forresterasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a further statement on the outcome of recent negotiations between the Property Services Agency and the main contractor over the delays in reaching agreement on payments for work on the Hanley automatic telephone exchange, Stoke-on-Trent.
