§ Mr. Denzil DaviesIn the first quarter of 1978 consumers' expenditure was nearly 4 per cent, higher than a year earlier. The forecast published in the FSBR was for a 5 per cent, increase between 1977 and 1978. Both these figures are at 1970 prices. The Central Statistical Office will be publishing estimates of the national accounts at 1975 prices later this year.
