Professor Sir Frederick Edward Warner, F.R.S. (66) is a senior partner, Cremer and Warner, a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (President, 1966) and President d'Honneur, Federation Europeenne d'Associations Nationales D'Ingenieurs. He was a member of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution from 1973–76, and of the Advisory Council on Energy Conservation.
