asked the Secretary of State for Trade why his department refuse to test the Vikoma Oceanpack system for the control of oil spills; and if he will reconsider this decision.

Mr. Clinton Davis:

The Warren Spring Laboratory has appraised the Vikoma boom on my Department's behalf at various stages of its development.
