§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister of Overseas Development what plan she has for new aid to Kenya.
§ Mrs. Hart:Following recent aid talks in Nairobi we expect to make new grant-aid commitments averaging some £27 million a year for capital aid projects, amounting to £80 million over the three years beginning 1st April 1979. We expect expenditure of about £28 million on technical co-operation over the same period. In addition, Kenya will benefit from retrospective terms adjustment.
