§ Mr. Eyreasked the Secretary of State for Transport, in view of the fact that the orbital routes round the West Midlands are expected to relieve overloading and congestion on the M4, M6 and M1, if he will ensure that the orbital route is completed as quickly as possible and to the highest standards compatible with sound economic judgment.
