§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Cannock (Mr. Roberts) on 18th July, he will in future list Berwick-upon-Tweed borough 717W council as one of the authorities which has introduced a concessionary bus fares scheme since the 1976 survey.
