§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether he is aware that Captain Abdul El Sayed has admitted to knowingly and deliberately breaking the British immigration laws, and the laws of his own country, Egypt; and whether, when giving consideration to his deportation, he will bear in mind that this man's claim that he would be shot if he returned to Egypt has been officially denied by the Egyptian Government;
(2) why Mr. Abdul El Sayed who was admitted into Great Britain in August 1976 to attend a radar course for a period of 10 months and should have left in June 1977 was allowed to remain from June until the present; and what action he is taking to deport him in the knowledge that he admitted to breaking British law and the law of his own country of Egypt.
