§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister for the Civil Service whether, without identifying the recipients in person, he will publish as detailed a list as possible, showing the amounts of public expenses received by Ministers for the longest and most convenient period of time in addition to their parliamentary and ministerial salaries and expenses for any or all stated reasons; and on what basis and for what reasons those extra payments have been made.
