§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects to receive his inspector's report into the affairs of Peachey Property Company; and if he will undertake to publish any report promptly.
§ Mr. Clinton Davis, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 2nd March 1978; Vol. 945, c. 340], gave the following information:
Work on the inquiry into Peachey Property Corporation Ltd. has been delayed owing to the illness of one of the inspectors. The inspectors now hope to submit a final report, instead of the proposed interim report in a few months' time.
