§ Mr. HoramThe motoring organisations already provide comprehensive advice. The Department provides two pamphlets—Int P1 and P3—for drivers of minibuses and coaches about EEC828W requirements. I am not aware of a need for further advice to motorists, but if my hon. and learned Friend is concerned about any particular matter he will, no doubt, let me know.
