§ Mr. Corbettasked the Secretary of State for Trade when the next return of B. J. Tomkins (Contractors) Ltd, registered office 175 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, registration number 877865 falls to be made under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1967, the last annual return having been made upon 31st December 1975, covering the period to 30th April 1974.
§ Mr. Clinton Davis:The 1976 annual return for B. J. Tompkins Contractors Limited should have been filed with the Registrar of Companies by the end of January 1977. The company has been reminded of its obligations in this respect and, despite an undertaking to the contrary, since no annual return has been received, the papers have been passed to the Department's solicitor with a view to prosecution.
