§ 48. Mr. Wallasked the Attorney-General when he intends to introduce legislation to implement the proposals set out in the Final Report on Limitation Actions of the Lord Chancellor's Law Reform Committee, in particular the right of the owner to recover his property.
§ The Solicitor-GeneralMy noble Friend is at present considering the recommendations in this report, which was submitted to him in July this year and was published in September. No decision as to its implementation has yet been made.
