§ The Solicitor-GeneralNo. I regret that improvements in the availability of legal aid cannot be made at present in view of the current restrictions on Government expenditure. It is my noble Friend's view that the extension of legal aid to tribunals including the Medical Appeal Tribunal and the National Insurance Commissioner, should be further considered when sufficient financial resources are available.
