§ Mr. CryerMy right hon. Friend has received many representations about the proposal by Hitachi to establish a colour television in Washington New Town. Ministers are consulting the industry, trades unions and others who have an interest in the proposal and it has been clear that the Government will not take a decision until these consultations have been completed.
