§ Mr. CryerThe list of ministerial responsibilities which is available in the Whips' Offices shows the Secretary of State for Industry's full responsibilities. 861W All these are exercisable in Scotland, except that the Secretary of State for Scotland is responsible for regional selective financial assistance under Section 7 of the Industry Act 1972 and for the provision of industrial sites and factories. None of my right hon. Friend's current responsibilities in Scotland will be affected by the terms of the Scotland Bill.
