prove the issuing of permits to drive lorries to France and Italy, and to increase the quota; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HoramI am sending the hon. Member a copy of a report recently issued by the Department covering all aspects of international road haulage permits. There are no plans to change the existing system of issuing permits but we are always ready to consider suggestions for improvements in this field.
