§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) on what date amendments to the Treaty of Rome, Command Paper No. 6252, concerning a Court of Auditors and Assembly control of the EEC budget came into effect ; and what official publications of Her Majesty's Government on the Community have now incorporated these amendments;
(2)in what manner the amendments to the Treaty of Rome of 1st June 1977 concerning the Audit Board and powers of the Assembly over the EEC budget have been publicised by regular or other publications of the EEC ;
(3)what steps are being taken to circulate the amendments to the Treaty of Rome, effective from 1st June 1977, to those persons and instituitons in the public service who have been issued with copies of that Treaty.
