§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to set up a public planning inquiry into the appeal against an enforcement notice issued by Birmingham planning department on White and Lain Limited, College Road, Birmingham.
§ Mr. Guy Barnett:At the request of the appellant and with the agreement of the Birmingham City Council this appeal is being held in abeyance pending the outcome of an application to the Council for planning permission.
