§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that in 1976, 98 trainees successfully completed approved courses in Basic Air Diving and Underwater Working at UTC. 11 trainees were unsuccessful: one at the end of the course. Seven terminating prematurely for non-medical reasons, mostly because of unsatisfactory progress, and three finishing prematurely on medical 3rounds. 15 trainees successfully completed approved courses in mixed gas diving and three failed.
