§ Mr. EnnalsThe Health Services Board is required under Section 6(1) of the Health Services Act 1976 to make recommendations to me about the best way of achieving common waiting lists within six months from Royal Assent—that is, by 21st May 1977. I have no reason to suppose that the Board will not do so. I will consider the question of publication as soon as I have received the Board's recommendations.
