§ Mr. Sainsburyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what proportion of leasehold office accommodation occupied currently by the Civil Service is held on leases where the rent has not been reviewed to full market value during the last five years; and what is his estimate of the difference between the current rent paid and the current market value of those premises.
