§ Mr Clinton DavisIn the 12 months ending 31st March 1977 there were 6,529 receiving and administration orders and 5,911 company liquidations in England and Wales. These exceeded the averages of 1972 and 1973 by 62 per cent. and 110 per cent. respectively.
