§ Mr. MeacherNo. "Whalebone and the like" is included with "horns, antlers, hooves, nails, claws and beaks of animals" in tariff heading 05.09 and figures are only compiled for this heading as a whole. The control of imports is not dependent on the statistics but on the import licensing system.
