asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many members and former members of Her Majesty's Forces are currently being detained in prisons in Northern Ireland for criminal offences committed in Northern Ireland.

Four serving members of Her Majesty's Forces are in prison in Northern Ireland. Information about prisoners who were formerly members of Her Majesty's Forces is not readily available and cannot be obtained without disproportionate cost.
