asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) what consultations he has had with the staff side about the recom- 554W mendations of the CPRS report on overseas representation;
(2) if he will now institute consultations with the staff side on the CPRS report on overseas representation.
§ Mr. Tomlinson
On 29th March my right hon. Friend received a delegation from the Diplomatic Service Staff Side to discuss the CPRS review. He assured them that there will be full consultation with the Staff Side before decisions are taken on the report's recommendations. My right hon. and noble Friend has given a similar assurance to the National Staff Side. My right hon. Friend will institute detailed consultation as soon as possible.
