§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe Ealing, Acton constituency shares some of the problems of inner areas, although these are not on the scale or intensity of the areas selected for inner city partnerships. As the White Paper makes clear, authorities, outside the partnership areas will continue to benefit from the Urban Programme, on an increasing scale in later years.
