§ 26. Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with Great Britain's NATO and EEC allies on the Belgrade Review Conference since his speech in the House on Wednesday 18th May 1977.
§ Mr. LuardPreparations for the Belgrade CSCE meetings were discussed in detail by Foreign Ministers of the Nine on 18th April and at the meeting of the NATO Ministerial Council on 10th and 11th May. Positions for Belgrade were worked out fully at these meetings. Since then active consultation amongst the Nine and the Fifteen has been continuing at official level.
