asked Her Majesty's Government:

What arrangements have been made for the more public dissemination of the two Protocols recently adopted by the Diplomatic Conference on the Reaffirmation and Development of Humanitarian Law in Armed Conflict.

The necessary machinery has been set in motion to publish the full texts of the Protocols, together with a text of the Final Act of the Conference and the texts of the resolutions adopted by the Conference as a Command Paper in the Miscellaneous Series. Publication is expected by the middle of September.
