§ Dr. SummerskillPolice establishments are fixed by police authorities, and it is 205W their responsibility to review them. They are subject to my right hon. Friend's approval. In 1971, with the agreement of the Police Advisory Board, police authorities were invited to conduct comprehensive reviews of establishments every three to five years, and such reviews are being carried out.
