§ Mr. Wrigglesworthasked the Minister of Overseas Development what effect the operation of cash limits: (a) has had in the current year and (b) will have had to the end of the current financial year 5W upon the number and location of staff in his Department.
§ Mr. JuddDuring the current financial year there will have been a reduction in the moderate rate of increase in ODM staff numbers which had previously been planned. This, however, is not attributable solely to the introduction of the cash limits system. Location is not affected.
