§ 32. Mr. Bryan Daviesasked the Minister for Overseas Development what is the latest estimate of the percentage of GNP which will be spent on overseas aid in 1977–78 and 1978–79.
§ Mr. JuddIt has never been our practice to give such estimates, which would have limited value in view of variations in both GNP and total official aid flows.
