§ Q9. Mr. Tim Rentonasked the Prime Minister which Minister will take responsibility for implementing the recommendations of the Bullock Committee on Worker Participation.
§ Q11. Mr. Higginsasked the Prime Minister which Minister and Department will be responsible for any legislation arising from the Bullock Committee Report.
§ The Prime MinisterLegislation on industrial domocracy will affect the responsibilities of a number of Ministers and I am arranging for their work to be co-ordinated. The Secretary of State for Trade will shortly present the Bullock Report to Parliament and any Bill arising from this will appear in his name.
