asked the Prime Minister if the public speech by the Secretary of State for Energy on 10th December 1976 at Bristol University on the demo- cratic process represents Government policy.

asked the Prime Minister if the public speech made at Bristol University by the Secretary of State for Energy on 10th December, which concerned the influence of Marxist policies upon the policies of the governing party, represents Government policy.
