(3) under what circumstances his Department pays for new spare parts for 397W cars belonging to persons on social security;
(4) under what circumstances his Department pays for car servicing for cars belonging to persons on social security.
§ Mr. OrmeExcept for the very rare cases mentioned in my reply to the hon. Member on 2nd February—[Vol. 925, c. 195–6]—the Supplementary Benefits Commission does not meet the cost of car repairs or replacement parts or tyres. It does not in any circumstance help with car insurance.
