§ Mr. ConcannonAt 13th February 1977 there were a total of 2,720 persons imprisoned in Northern Ireland of whom 138 were borstal trainees. Comparable figures at the end of January in each of the last eight years are as follows:
employed by local authorities in Wales on a direct labour basis; and what proportion they comprise of the total engaged by local authorities for construction and maintenance purposes.
