§ Miss Margaret JacksonRecycling of paper was dealt with in a management services report in 1975 prepared for local authorities. The question is also currently being considered by the Joint Advisory Committee on Local Authority Purchasing. My right hon. Friend is not, therefore, offering additional advice at the moment.
