§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales what proposals he has for road improvements at the junction of the A483 and AS trunk roads near Llangollen, Clwyd.
§ Mr. Barry JonesA major scheme to construct a new section of trunk road between C'hirk and Newbridge which will bypass the existing junction is in the trunk road preparation pool. It is too early to say when work will start as this will depend on the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of funds.
§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales what proportion of the land suitable for industrial development in Llangollen. Clwyd, is currently sterilised for that purpose by reason of the proposals for a bypass of the town.
