Mr. Stephen Ross

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many houses were unoccupied, derelict or not, fit or not, in each of the London boroughs, each of the Greater Manchester boroughs, each of the Merseyside boroughs and each of the West Midlands county boroughs; and of those that are owned by local authorities, how many have been vacant for more than six months, more than 12 months, more than two years and more than five years.
